Mini-flat, Lekki Phase 1
Big spender tier. ₦17,000 a week for a 10×10 floor and space for 8 guests.
“A real mini flat: bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and your own bathroom. POP ceiling, big rent.”
This is the 4th cheapest of 8 homes in Lagos. An entry-level Content Creator job (₦6,600 a shift) covers the rent in 3 shifts.
Inside: Bedroom, Sitting room, Kitchen, Bathroom. Separate rooms let you build a proper kitchen, a quiet bedroom and a sitting room for guests, which matters if you host parties or plan to work as a decorator. Coastal and luxury areas carry higher flood and burglary risk, so home and possessions insurance is worth a look.
