Mansion, Banana Island
Billionaire tier. ₦1,500,000 a week for a 14×14 floor and space for 18 guests.
“The most expensive address in Nigeria. Master suite, guest wing, a grand sitting room for the whole party, marble everywhere.”
This is the most expensive of 8 homes in Lagos. No entry-level job in Lagos covers this rent in a single week, so you need businesses or a promoted career before moving in.
Inside: Master suite, Kitchen, Grand sitting room, Bathroom, Guest wing. Separate rooms let you build a proper kitchen, a quiet bedroom and a sitting room for guests, which matters if you host parties or plan to work as a decorator. Coastal and luxury areas carry higher flood and burglary risk, so home and possessions insurance is worth a look.
