Listing

“One room in a Kubwa compound, a long bus ride from town. Shared tap, a well in the yard, and the cheapest rent in the FCT.”

This is the cheapest of 5 homes in Abuja. An entry-level Lounge Waiting job (₦6,600 a shift) covers the rent in 1 shift.

It is a single room, so your bed, stove, bucket and toilet all share the same 6×6 space. Place the toilet and stove first, then fit the rest around them.
